🔍 Detailed Breakdown

🚛 Drive at least 4000 km/month
All drivers must log a minimum of 4000 kilometers every month in either ETS2 or ATS. This ensures consistent engagement and keeps our VTC active. Kilometers must be tracked using Trucky, VTLog, or any officially approved logging system.

✅ 2 Private Convoys/month
Drivers are expected to attend at least two private convoys every month. These are internal events organized exclusively for UHVTC members, focused on community bonding, training, and coordinated hauls.

✅ 2 Public Convoys/month
In addition to private convoys, members must also join two public convoys per month. These are hosted with or by other VTCs or open community events, helping us build our reputation and collaborate with other virtual trucking groups.

📸 Participation Proof Required
To verify participation, all drivers should either: Submit screenshots in the designated proof channel after each convoy, OR Ensure their attendance is automatically tracked via bots or logging tools like Trucky Events or VTLog Convoy Sync.

🕒 Failure to Meet Requirements
Failure to meet these monthly requirements without proper notice will result in the following: First Miss – Verbal/DM warning and an "Inactive" role tag. Second Miss – Temporary suspension from convoys and events for 2 weeks. Third Miss – Removal from the active roster. To return, drivers must reapply with a valid reason.

📝 LOA Policy (Leave of Absence)
We understand real life comes first. If you're unable to meet your monthly driving or convoy quota, please submit an LOA (Leave of Absence) form through our Discord ticket system or the official form. This protects you from penalties and keeps your spot safe while you're away.
